Parking
We offer free parking options for our customers. You can park on the street in front of the store or use our dedicated client parking located at the back of the building.
Reservations & Cancellations
Reservations: Appointments must be made in advance through our online booking system or by phone.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. In the event that a customer fails to show up for an appointment, Lotus Head Spa will charge 100% of the intended service amount.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed without any additional charge if done at least 24 hours in advance.In the event that a customer fails to show up for an appointment, Lotus Head Spa will charge 100% of the intended service amount.
Payment Policies
Deposit: A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be given for services already rendered. Refunds for cancellations will be managed according to our cancellation policy.
